About Us
Grow Therapy Services is a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and rights-based practice based in the Pilbara region of WA.
We are passionate about supporting our neurodivergent clientele with both professional expertise and lived experience, ensuring every individual and family feels seen, respected, and included.
This year we launched the GROW Neuroaffirming Behaviour Framework, and we are building a Community of Practice for professionals committed to systemic change in how disability and inclusion are approached.
We are also a neurofriendly and inclusive employer, offering flexible work arrangements, part-time and full-time options, and a culture that prioritises aligning work with each team member's interests, energy levels, and professional development goals.
