Occupational Therapist Opportunity in the Clarence Valley Region
The successful candidate will deliver services across a mixed case load, conducting functional assessments, assistive technology assessments, and providing ongoing therapy for capacity building.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough functional assessments and generate detailed reports
* Perform comprehensive assistive technology assessments and provide accurate reports
* Provide targeted therapy sessions for capacity building
* Carry out cognitive assessments to inform treatment plans
* Deliver paediatric therapy in a clinic setting
* Offer in-home services including home modifications and equipment prescription
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members
* Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple cases
* Current valid police check and driver's license
* Prior experience in community aged care is highly desirable
