With excellent inquiries pouring in for our Fly, Stay & Cruise holiday packages, your role is to excel in sales and bring these fantastic offerings to fruition. Our dedicated Aftersales Team will handle post‐sale bookings, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Who You Are
* Minimum 2 years in the customer service industry
* Exceptional multitasking ability, you will juggle priorities to meet deadlines and customer expectations
* Competent level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite or similar program
* Competent in updating and maintaining CRM data
* You must value the importance of developing strong relationships
* Experience working in a fast‐paced environment
* Experienced traveling overseas – ideal
