You will be working within a well-established Project Management Office (PMO) alongside senior stakeholders and program leadership. Your new role As the Program Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery and realisation of benefits across a major program of work. Reporting to senior program leadership, you will lead the end-to-end benefits lifecycle, driving visibility, accountability, and measurable outcomes.You will: Lead the identification, planning, tracking, and realisation of program and project benefits Partner with senior stakeholders, business owners, and delivery teams to embed a robust benefits management approach Establish and maintain benefits frameworks, registers, and reporting governance Provide assurance across risks, dependencies, and performance metrics related to benefits delivery Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure alignment with organisational objectives Identify and maximise opportunities for business value and continuous improvement Translate benefit outcomes into measurable financial and operational value What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience (5 years) delivering benefits management across large-scale programs or transformation initiatives Strong expertise in benefits realisation frameworks, including benefit mapping, profiling, and measurement Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders in complex environments High level of financial acumen with the ability to quantify and track benefits outcomes Experience working within structured program/project management methodologies Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills What you'll get in return Long-term contract until 30 June 2027Competitive daily rate Opportunity to work on a high-impact, enterprise-wide program Exposure to senior leadership and complex stakeholder environments Immediate start available What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' or forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to naomi.wright@hays.com.au.
