Claims Administrator Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Claims Administrator to join our team. This role will be based in Hobart, TAS office.

Job Description:
This Claims Administrator position involves performing all administrative functions required in the claims process for all workers compensation claims. The successful candidate will deliver positive outcomes for clients and in line with business objectives and agreed performance indicators.
* Process claims payments and follow up on invoices to ensure timely resolution.
* Ensure accurate claims processing and administration, including file closures.
* Provide administrative support as required to service the Fund effectively.
* Collaborate with the in-house Claims Management Team to deliver positive outcomes.

To succeed in this Claims Administrator role, you will need:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Previous experience in an admin role (desirable).
* Ability to work autonomously within a multi-skill team.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, meet deadlines and good time management skills.
