Servicing both state and local governments, insurance companies, and a range of organisations within the private sector, they are currently seeking a vibrant and approachable full-timeCustomer Service / Sales Officerto join their team in Malaga.
This is a full time, permanent position and is available for an immediate start (will wait for notice periods as required).
Position Overview
Using your eye for apparel, you will provide outstanding service to customers. We are seeking an applicant who offers operational reliability, the physical capability to assist with garment fittings, and the customer confidence required to excel in this role. This opportunity offers stable working hours, paid overtime and discretionary bonuses after the initial probationary period. Ideally suited for applicants with Retail or Clothing sector experience.

Responsibilities
* Maintaining Client relationships and portfolio growth
* Scheduling, facilitating & performing garment fittings
* Processing, invoicing and dispatching orders
* Exceeding client expectations by providing outstanding service
* Participating in team meetings / work during tender preparations
* Quoting, presenting and following up on enquiries with potential and existing clients
* Working with the team for target marketing to gain new clients
Qualifications
* Customer service experience within the clothing or retail sector
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential for confident client engagement)
* MYOB experience is desirable but not required
* Adobe Illustrator experience is desirable but not required
* Garment Construction & Fabric knowledge is desirable but not required
Starting Salary Range $63,000 - $65,000 + Super + Discretionary Bonuses
