Job Description:
The successful candidate will play a vital role in the administration of our site, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
This position entails managing production data, employee hours, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include updating data systems regularly, obtaining site clearance, and coordinating flights and accommodation bookings.
Maintaining accurate rosters for personnel movements is also a crucial aspect of this role, as well as supporting Project Managers with recruitment requirements.
Additional duties include preparing and submitting approved payroll, processing purchase requisitions, and maintaining detailed records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in FIFO mining environments (UG mining preferred).
* Relevant experience in similar administrative roles or data processing.
* Excellent technical skills in various systems.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Ability to analyse, resolve problems, and make logical decisions.
* Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
