We are seeking an experienced, fully licensed, highly motivated Head of Commercial Sales to lead our Bendigo office. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, mentoring a talented team, and driving the continued growth and success of Colliers across regional Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the Bendigo branch, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across sales, leasing, and property management.
* Drive financial performance by monitoring budgets, targets, and operational KPIs.
* Strengthen client relationships and foster new business opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with real estate legislation, company policies, and professional standards.
* Represent Colliers in the local community and build strong connections with business networks.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in commercial real estate, business management, or a similar leadership role.
* Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
* Commercial mindset with a focus on growth, efficiency, and performance.
* In-depth knowledge of real estate operations and compliance requirements.
* Current real estate licence (required).
