Kimberley Care Group is hiring a Full time Support Worker to serve as an Aged or Disabled Carer in the East Kimberley region (Djugun, Broome). The position is full‐time with a minimum annual salary of $77,350 plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide essential daily care and support to elderly individuals or people with disabilities in a residential or community setting.
* Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and the implementation of individual care plans.
* Monitor and report on the health and well‐being of clients to ensure high‐quality service delivery.
* Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all clients.
Requirements
* Relevant qualifications and experience, including at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
* Commitment to providing high‐quality care in a regional environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
