**About the Role**
- Data Management & Integrity: Update, maintain, and enter data into various databases, including work orders, customer requests, work scheduling, and purchase orders. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data related to Darebin Operations & Waste and Natural & Civic Spaces Departments.
- Customer Service Excellence: Actively promote a positive workplace culture by enhancing the department's approach to excellent customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate staff meetings, including booking venues and arranging necessary equipment.
- Procurement & Supplies: Handle the procurement of office supplies, raise purchase orders, and manage petty cash systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Office Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of all office equipment and address any operational issues promptly.
- Online Content Management: Maintain and update content on the internet and intranet sites.
- General Administrative Assistance: Provide general support and assistance with various administrative tasks.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in and/or providing administrative support within a team environment
- Experience in an operational support environment
- Experience with asset management systems (Pathway & Infor/CAMS/Hanson 8) would be an advantage
- A current Working with Children Card.
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
