* 6 month Temporary contact, Full time hours - Monday - Friday 9 am 5:30 pm
* Work with a global team and help support the Service and Admin departments

Job Description

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
* Assist the sales team with administrative support, including data entry and order processing.
* Coordinate communication between internal teams and external clients.
* Handle incoming enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
* Support the team with general administrative duties.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service/Sales Support Admin should have:

* Proven experience in customer service or Admin experience.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
