Customer Service Assistant – Outpatient Department, Karratha Health Campus, WA
Responsibilities
As part of the clerical team, support the administration functions of Karratha Health Campus and may be requested to undertake shifts at other Pilbara facilities as required.
Eligibility and Application Requirements
Eligible applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed‐term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments). WA Health requires applicant screening, including criminal records and integrity checks, as well as a pre‐employment health assessment (PEHA). A satisfactory PEHA is mandatory for all appointments.
WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility. Applicants may be requested to undertake a working‐with‐children check if required for the role. Referee input may be sought on integrity and past ethical behaviour.
Employment Parameters
Full time, Permanent or Fixed Term Full Time. Fixed terms may be extended. Application acceptance requires completion before 4:00 pm on the listing date; late or email applications will not be considered.
