Job Description Prepare and manage financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
Handle budgeting and forecasting for property portfolios.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Reconcile financial records and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with property managers to optimise financial performance.
Assist in the preparation of audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
Support ad hoc financial projects and analyses.
The Successful Applicant A successful Property Accountant should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accreditation such as CPA or CA (or working towards).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in the property industry or a similar sector.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
