Inventory Operations Assistant
As an integral member of the Surgical Services Suite and Central Sterilising Supply Department (CSSD) teams, you will be responsible for supporting the inventory coordination process in monitoring, ordering, and unpacking instruments, stock, and equipment from multiple storerooms.
1. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock movements to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
2. Order and receive new stock and equipment as required to support business continuity.
3. Inspect new stock and equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Collaborate with team members to organisation and store stock and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
This is a part-time role, working 72 hours per fortnight. You will be based at Frankston Hospital and Frankston Public Surgical Centre.
