Qualifications

* Customer‐focused mindset and genuine interest in industrial technology.
* Previous sales or customer support experience (preferred but not essential).
Industrial Controls Specialist / Sales & Technical Support – Remote (no travel)
Posting date: 4 April 2022.
* Customer support and troubleshooting – provide solutions to customer issues via phone and email; maintain Salesforce database; conduct technical research and testing as needed.
* Training – attend team meetings and training sessions to learn new products and stay current.
* Documentation – create application notes, review product documentation and suggest updates for hard‐copy or online resources.
IIOT Sales and Support Specialist
* Assist in the Customer Care process and serve as liaison between the customer and supplier.
* Focus on the sales and promotion of KEPSeverEX, including data access for MES and SCADA, big‐data analytics, IT protocols (MQTT, REST, ODBC, SNMP), and flow measurement export.
* Lead generation and development.
* Customer liaison with emphasis on sales and support.
* Assist in promotion and demonstration of connectivity platforms.
* Coordinate pre‐ and post‐sale processes and collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications
* Ability to sell and excellent communication skills; telephone engagement is essential.
* Knowledge of industrial automation and IIOT protocols (OPC, IOT protocols).
* Ability to work well as part of a small team.
Industrial Automation Sales – Existing & Switchgear Expansion
* Lead generation and development.
* Liaise with customers over specifications and respond to customer needs.
* Identify opportunities within switchgear, PLCs, drives, and industrial automation products.
* Assist in the launch of a new industry division and contribute to setup and operations.
* Take ownership of work, solve problems independently, and act on initiatives.
Qualifications
* Ability to sell and excellent communication skills; telephone engagement a must.
* Technical knowledge in industrial automation, including switchgear, PLCs, and drives.
* Ability to work well as part of a small team.
Salary and Working Conditions
Salary is open to negotiation based on experience and industry knowledge. Roles are generally office‐based with minimal travel required.
