Responsibilities
* Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health
* Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care
* Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information
* Preferred availability during the evening, overnight and weekends
What you'll bring
* Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve
* A compassionate, flexible and positive approach
* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
* A current NDIS Ready
