Are you a skilled software developer looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented C# Developer to join our fast-paced, close-knit internal operations tech team.
In this role, you will design, build, and optimize internal applications and systems that power the day-to-day operations of our business, impacting thousands of customers, team members, and suppliers. You'll work on high-impact projects with direct visibility across the business, gain hands-on experience with complex, large-scale e-commerce systems, and enjoy real ownership in an environment that moves fast, values initiative, and rewards technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architect, build, and scale new features across our internal platforms that power every part of our operations.
* Continuously improve backend databases and APIs to boost performance, reliability, and scalability for thousands of customers, team members, and suppliers.
* Work closely with our Business Analyst and stakeholders across logistics, engineering, and other teams to turn business needs into smart, efficient technical solutions.
* Take ownership across the full development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, UAT, and deployment, with code shipping to production frequently.
* Support a culture of engineering excellence by contributing to QA efforts, peer reviews, and helping lift the technical bar across the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical skills: Proven experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET (for Linux and Windows), MS SQL Server, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), and REST APIs.
* Version control: Strong understanding of Git and version control best practices.
* Testing proficiency: Solid experience with unit and integration testing to ensure reliability and maintainability.
* Cloud and containerization: Familiarity with AWS and Docker is a strong advantage.
