Opportunity
As part of the Real Estate Credit Division at La Trobe Financial, you will work alongside our extraordinary National Business Development Managers to sell one of the broadest mortgage product suites available in today's market. Key elements of this role will be to maintain La Trobe Financial's existing clients and establish new relationships introduced through accredited national aggregator groups and mortgage brokers.
The expectation will be to improve the customer experience from its already high standards. Ability to self-manage and meet sales targets is integral to this role as is your ability to manage your own workload within agreed SLA's. A "Can do" attitude and the ability to create opportunity will make you successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining and growing an already successful third-party mortgage broker network for residential and commercial mortgages.
* Manage a portfolio of brokers and aggregator groups to achieve set targets, enhance existing relationships and further build portfolio.
* Communicating the benefits and advantages of La Trobe Financial's broad product range.
* Promoting La Trobe Financial in a professional manner and demonstrating La Trobe Financial's corporate values at all times.
* Attending PD Days.
* Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring effective resolution of complaints.
* Achieving sales targets through growth.
* Ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism is maintained with all brokers, borrowers and national BDM's.
* Planning and Calendar Management.
About You
The successful applicant will ideally possess a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role with a strong understanding in Residential and Commercial Mortgages. Additional skills and experience required include:
* Experience in sales and proven ability to network and build relationships.
* Ability to present professionally to large groups face to face or via zoom.
* Ability to identify priorities in line with business goals.
* Can effectively undertake all levels of the sales process; Broker, Aggregator and Referrers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
