Total Tools Joondalup is looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.
This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long‐term relationships.
What will you be doing?
* Greet customers in store
* Delivering advice and information on products to customers (tradies, DIYers, and everyone in between)
* Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
* Driving sales and actively working toward store targets
* Processing sales transactions
* Coaching and supporting team members on the floor
* Managing customer orders, quotes, and follow‐ups
* Maintaining strong merchandising and stock presentation
* Ensuring every customer leaves confident they've got the right solution
Does this sound like you?
* Previous retail and/or trade experience – you might be a retail star, or a tradie looking for a break from the tools
* Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools
* Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
* Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
* Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
* Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
