THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to take ownership of the day‐to‐day administration function across our business. Our administration function needs to grow with us as the business scales — we are looking for someone to take ownership of that, improve how things run, and build something consistent and reliable.
You will oversee day‐to‐day administration, improve how things are coordinated across the business, and over time build and lead a small admin team. You will work closely with the directors and division managers and have genuine input into how the office function develops.
This suits someone who is organised, proactive, and takes pride in running a tight ship.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage day‐to‐day administration across multiple business divisions
* Improve coordination of leads, enquiries, scheduling and job administration
* Ensure client communications, quote follow‐ups and correspondence don't fall through the cracks
* Maintain CRM and job management discipline (AroFlo)
* Support accounts administration, debtor follow‐up and supplier coordination (MYOB AccountRight)
* Create clearer processes and improve consistency across the admin function
* Support reporting and operational visibility for leadership
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding of administration staff
* Over time, help build, lead and develop a strong and reliable administration team
ABOUT YOU
Required
* Previous experience in an administration leadership or senior office management role
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
* Proactive by nature — you follow things up without being asked
* Strong communicator across all levels of a business
* Comfortable improving processes and creating structure where it's lacking
* Able to manage competing priorities without losing track of the detail
Highly regarded
* Construction, trades or project‐based industry experience
* Experience with job management or CRM platforms — AroFlo a strong advantage
* Familiarity with MYOB AccountRight
* Prior team leadership or staff management experience

* $100,000 – $120,000 + superannuation, based on experience
