Key Responsibilities
* Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation to align with business objectives.
* Ensure accurate employee records and maintain HR compliance by adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
* Support employee relations, performance management, and investigations through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Provide expert guidance on awards, Fair Work compliance, and HR legislation to ensure a comprehensive understanding among team members.
* Assist with HR reporting, audits, and workforce planning activities to optimize organizational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Fair Work Act, compliance, and HR policy is essential for success in this position.
