About the role

The Data and Compliance Lead is responsible for service reporting, contract compliance, risk management and governance systems to ensure cohealth meets its obligations under the Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS) Service Specifications and internal governance requirements.

The position leads the development and continuous improvement of data, reporting and compliance processes for Malmsbury Youth Justice Precinct and advises the Operation Lead and site leadership on governance risks, performance trends and service improvement opportunities.

* Extraction, analysis and interpretation of performance data, identify trends, and highlight service risks or improvement opportunities
* Lead the governance, reporting and compliance framework for Youth Justice health services at Malmsbury
* Collaborate with clinical workforce to interrogate data findings and ensure accuracy and transparency in contractual reporting

* Confident and experienced in clinical data interpretation and analysis or experience in a clinical project development role
* Familiar with medical terminology and abbreviations, and client/patient information systems

Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza within 12 weeks of commencement [B]. This is in accordance with the Victorian Minister of Health Mandatory Vaccination Orders and legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
