Centre Manager | Baldivis North

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our Baldivis North centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well established service while being supported by a strong and experienced leadership team.

The Opportunity
As Centre Manager, you will play a key role in the ongoing success of the service. You will lead all aspects of operations, from strengthening team culture to driving high quality outcomes and centre performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day to day operations, including staffing, compliance and budgets
• Build, lead and inspire a high performing team of educators
• Drive enrolments and occupancy growth
• Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative centre culture
• Build strong relationships with families, community and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Children's Services Regulations and NQS
• Maintain a safe, high quality learning environment for all children
About You
• Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children's Services
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Manager
• Strong knowledge of Regulations and National Quality Standards
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams
• Confident managing operations, budgets and occupancy growth
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Passionate about delivering high quality early education and care
• Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate or willingness to obtain
