About BRAMS Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service that has been delivering comprehensive, culturally safe primary health care to the Broome community for over 45 years.
About the Role We are seeking an Aged Care Rostering and Scheduling Officer to join our Community Services team in Broome. This is a critical operational role responsible for planning, coordinating and managing workforce rosters and consumer service schedules across BRAMS' aged care programs, including the Transition Care Programme (TCP), Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Support at Home.
Working closely with the Aged Care Operations Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager you will ensure the right staff are allocated to the right consumers at the right time, translate care plans into accurate service schedules, manage roster changes in response to staff and consumer needs, and monitor service utilisation, Award compliance and program funding parameters.

* Demonstrated experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination within aged care, health or community services.
* Strong understanding of care plan-based service delivery, including the ability to translate consumer care plans into accurate service schedules.
* Experience working with rostering or scheduling systems and software.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing complex rosters, consumer schedules and workforce data.
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential workforce and consumer information with discretion and professionalism.
* Understanding of and commitment to culturally safe practice within an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service.
