About the role
Your key responsibilities will be:
Efficiently pick and prepare orders for delivery and customer pickups using RF scanners.
Restock shelves and maintain well-organised pick faces.
Assist with receiving and dispatching stock as needed.
Safely operate forklifts and trolleys, following systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing AAD.
What will make you successful
Forklift license is preferred, or you are willing to obtain.
Strong communication and customer service skills, ensuring respectful, top-notch service for everyone.
Self-motivated with a good work ethic – able to work both solo and within a team.
Physically fit and able to lift products safely when needed.
