What you'll be doing:
1. Managing all incoming calls
2. Meeting all incoming clients, booked appointments
3. Maintenance of electronic records incoming/ outgoing correspondence
4. Diary and calendar management
5. PA Duties for Directors, as required
6. Assist the team with operational support
7. Booking, preparation and maintenance of meeting rooms
8. Maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies
9. Generating reports and distributing them
10. Ad hoc administrative duties such as printing, filing and scanning documents
What you'll need:
11. Minimum two years’ experience in Corporate Reception position
12. Welcoming personality and outstanding presentation
13. Excellent administration skills
14. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
15. Mature and professional attitude and presentation
16. Able to multi-task and prioritise
17. Data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
18. Punctual and reliable
19. Exposure to various CRM systems
20. Self-motivated
21. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
22. Ability to cope under pressure whilst maintaining resilience
