Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Hedland, WA, for an Administration Customer Service Officer. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves general administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with various teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

* Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Experience and ensure client satisfaction
* Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
* Proficiency in office administration, record-keeping, and time management
* Proficient in using relevant computer systems and software
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Experience in the waste management or environmental services industry is advantageous
* A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in administration or customer service is preferred
