Role Description
We're looking for a agile and ambitious assistant to join our team. Working alongside the firm's principal, this role will entail:
- providing administrative support;
- managing schedules/coordinating meetings;
- file/record keeping;
- client liason responsibilities; and
- template/document creation and management.
Qualifications
- Eperience as a personal or administrative assistant will set applicants apart.
- Prior use of bookkeeping software will be beneficial.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in a legal environment is a plus.
