We're looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join a growing travel business and support the delivery of engaging digital marketing campaigns across multiple travel brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will see you involved in all aspects of digital marketing including content creation, social media management, paid campaigns, email marketing support, campaign reporting, and helping shape a strong and engaging brand presence. The Role: Create engaging content across social media, digital, and marketing channels Manage and schedule both paid and organic social media campaigns Assist with digital advertising campaigns and performance reporting Support EDM and email marketing activity Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and engagement metrics Help maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all platforms Work closely with the wider marketing team on campaign execution and promotions Stay across social trends, digital innovations, and emerging marketing opportunities What We're Looking For: 2 years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing role Travel industry experience is a bonus Experience managing social media platforms across paid and organic content Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Ability to analyse campaign data and performance metrics Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite A proactive and solutions-focused mindset Someone who is highly engaged with digital trends and social media Highly Regarded Passion for travel and the travel industry Experience with EDM/email marketing platforms Basic understanding of Google Ads Understanding of customer journeys and conversion funnels What's In It For You?
