We're continuing to build our Business Valuations team and are looking for either a Manager or Associate Director to join us in Sydney.
Our team is comprised of former Big Four professionals who provide the highest quality services to our clients. We partner with clients in various sectors, providing valuations for transactions, tax, financial reporting, insurance and various commercial purposes.
How You Will Contribute
* Deliver complex valuation projects, including the valuation of businesses, equity, and intangible assets, acting as a key day‐to‐day point of contact for client personnel.
* Suggest and interrogate robust valuation approaches for a range of businesses and intangible assets.
* Work with Managing Directors to develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
* Supervise and support the development of junior team members.
* Support Managing Directors in originating client work, preparing proposals, responses to clients and preparation of thought leadership and GTM materials.
* Assist with the development of best‐in‐class templates and ways of working, including the use of RPA / AI to efficiently deliver the highest quality work.

Qualifications
You have proven experience in Business Valuations, ideally with a background in a Big Four environment, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the desire to make a positive difference. If you have had exposure working with clients in the mining industry this would be favourable.
You'll also bring:
* A CA, CPA or CFA qualification
* Experience with industry‐standard research tools, such as CapitalIQ
* Experience with data analytics and visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) preferred
* Experience and willingness to train and mentor junior members of the team
* A drive to succeed, alongside positive values and communication skills that will fit into our culture
* Ability to travel within the country (where practical and possible)
