We are seeking a Service Technician to join our Service team in the Canberra area, to provide service and technical support to clients in and around the region. We are open to all levels of experience and ideally the candidate will have the ability to travel distances as required to service customers throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintenance of all gaming equipment located within clubs and pubs
- Preventative maintenance and installation of gaming machines and other related equipment
- Assisting sales force in product promotion and performance
- Attendant training and customer liaison
Requirements
- A gaming technician's license for all jurisdictions covered in service region
- Field, electrical or electronics service or maintenance experience
- Current Drivers License
- Gaming industry experience
- Strong communication skills
- Self‑motivated with ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to undertake physical demands required of the role
- Possess excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Available to work on call and weekends
- Comfortable working in a club environment
- Assist with Product Submittal Support, certifications, transfer requests, and monitor new product developments
- Resolve parts allocation, production order and configuration issues, and address customer concerns
