Job Overview:
The role of Repair Coordinator manages the Client Portfolio responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of the Client.
* Key responsibilities include administration and project coordination of small-medium repairs;
* Organisation and scheduling of trades/technicians/estimators;
* Cost management through claim life and trade invoices;
* Collating photos and documents for report submission and quotations;
* Liaising with stakeholders for efficient communication and regular updates.
This role requires excellent time management prioritization skills willingness to learn and strong administrative skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Insurance and construction experience is desirable.
