Job Overview
This role supports the Client Account teams in meeting their obligations under the Management Agreement, including managing service contracts, related budgets, and tenant liaison to facilitate works.
We have opportunities for Casual Facilities Managers across multiple portfolios or locations where clients do not have embedded staff, covering a variety of property types across multiple JLL Client Accounts.

* Inspections
* Mechanical, electrical, fire, and security systems maintenance
* Cleaning and waste management
* Energy management
* Occupational health & safety management
* Supplier management
* Emergency response
* Capital works projects
* Financial management and reporting against agreed budgets
Qualifications
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills; experience working across remote sites is favorable
* Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and a passion for quality
* A degree in Facilities Management, Building, or a related field and a few years' experience in facilities management
* Soft service or technical skills in commercial facilities management, OH&S, vendor management, and basic understanding of property technical aspects
* Ability to manage external providers and liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency with Excel and Word; preferred experience with an FM software platform
