We are seeking a proactive, agile, and strategically focused Executive Coordinator to support the department's priorities an those of the North Queensland Region. This role will provide confidential advisory, project, and executive support to the Executive Director of Regional Operations. About The Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
* Coordinate the flow, preparation and development of high-level documents/requests, submissions, reports, briefing material and correspondence for the senior officers on significant portfolio issues.
* Assist with the coordination and development of regional and departmental governance reports, and external reporting requirements relating to departmental activities.
* Provide analysis and advice concerning the accuracy of documents and corporate activities in alignment with relevant legislation and policies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of State Government agency and departmental policies, procedures, and processes.
