About the Role

Roll'd is looking for a Learning & Development Manager who will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that support store teams, managers, and franchise partners across Roll'd. This role ensures every team member is set up for success, delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences across all locations.

You will play a key role in shaping culture, improving performance, and building scalable learning systems that support a fast-growing QSR business.

Responsibilities

* Design and deliver training programs for team members, supervisors, and store leaders
* Develop onboarding and induction programs that set new starters up for success
* Build leadership development pathways for internal career progression
* Partner with operations to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities
* Create engaging learning content (in-store, digital, and blended learning)
* Support franchise partners with consistent training standards and tools
* Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes
* Embed Roll'd culture, service standards, and operational excellence across all stores

About You

* Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or People Development roles
* Background in QSR, retail, hospitality, or multi-site operations highly regarded
* Strong understanding of frontline operations and customer service environments
* Ability to design engaging, practical, and scalable training programs
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Passionate about developing people and building strong workplace culture
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
