The role starts on Wednesday, 18th June, on-site in Parramatta, working a rotating roster Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 7am and 7pm. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Providing high-quality generalist service as the first point of contact for contact centre customers. Receiving inbound calls, obtaining necessary information, and transferring customers to appropriate specialists courteously and efficiently. Performing administrative tasks to support service delivery. Creating positive relationships across all interaction channels with a professional, courteous, and friendly manner. Prioritizing client satisfaction, monitored through customer feedback. About You: Availability to attend an in-person Assessment Centre on Tuesday, 22nd April. 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call centre environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous government experience is preferred but not required. Experience working in an office environment. Intermediate computer skills, including typing, using a mouse and monitor, and email etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Teams.
