The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Lawyer, Associate or Senior Associate to join a leading national Public Law team in Brisbane.
In this role, you'll act for key government clients across a broad range of public law matters, including:
* Administrative decision-making
* Freedom of Information (FOI) and privacy
* Merits review and judicial review proceedings
* Litigation before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Courts
You'll work alongside respected public law practitioners on complex, high-profile matters that influence government decision-making and policy.
Experience advising or representing Home Affairs or the NDIA will be highly regarded.

About You
You'll bring between 1-8 years' experience from a respected government litigation practice or in-house government legal team, ideally with exposure to Home Affairs or NDIA matters.
You will have:
* Solid experience in public and administrative law
* Strong technical, advocacy, and litigation skills
* The ability to manage client relationships with professionalism
* A collaborative approach and interest in mentoring junior colleagues
