Job Description
As a Site Engineer with our growing South Australian division, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery across civil infrastructure, demolition, and environmental remediation work programs for blue chip clients. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure our projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating site activities
- Monitor progress and quality of works
- Prepare and manage documentation including ITPs, RFIs, and site diaries
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Support safety and environmental compliance
- Contribute to cost control and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1–4 years’ experience in a site-based engineering role (civil, demolition or infrastructure)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to travel to regional sites as required
High level understanding of Quality, Safety and Environmental management systems Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and manageing complex site-related stakeholder groups
