About the Role As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, you will be maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces at location We’re looking for a collaborative team player with strong communication skills. This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced gardener or landscaper who’s passionate about their craft and enjoys the variety of doing something different every day! Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens will be highly regarded, but is not essential 2 years' recent hands-on experience in a similar role Valid driver's licence and a white card (or willingness to obtain) An eye for detail and a passion for delivering high quality work and exceeding client expectations A team player who values the experiences, knowledge and input of your colleagues Physically fit and able safely lift heavy objects when required and stand/kneel/squat/bend for extended periods Excellent communication skills and willingness to provide input and impart your knowledge to others Above all, you enjoy coming to work each day with a positive attitude and creating beautiful open spaces that people can enjoy.
