Play an integral role in People Support Services, and provide guidance, manage employee records, and drive process improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Role Overview

The People Administration Leader will oversee the People Support Services function, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. This role will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, maintain accurate employee records, and provide guidance to the People Administration Officer. Working closely with internal teams and external providers, the role will drive process improvements and support organisational projects to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

The successful candidate will be an organised and detail‑oriented HR professional with strong communication and problem‑solving skills. They will thrive in a rapid‑paced environment, balancing accuracy with efficiency while supporting both people and business outcomes. A proactive approach, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the People Administration Officer to ensure high quality service and delivery
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency across HR systems and workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to support business and HR initiatives

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

- Qualification in Business or related discipline, and HR Certification.
- 2+ years in a similar role and experience across end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR processes.
- Strong understanding of employment law, national employment standards, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, accountability, and commitment to service excellence and safety.
