We're growing our team at Glew Capital and are looking for a driven and client-focused Finance Broker to join our fast-paced and supportive environment.

About the Role
As a Finance Broker, you will manage the end-to-end client journey, from initial enquiry through to settlement. You'll assess client needs, structure finance solutions, and work closely with lenders to secure optimal outcomes across personal and asset finance products.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Assess client financial needs and recommend suitable personal and asset finance solutions
* Prepare, submit, and manage loan applications through to settlement
* Liaise with lenders, suppliers, and third parties to ensure smooth processing
* Maintain strong knowledge of lender policies, credit criteria, and market trends
* Deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience
About You
* Experience in finance broking, banking, lending, or a related financial services role
* Strong understanding of personal loans and/or asset finance (vehicle, equipment, business lending)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain) preferred
