About the role
Senior Analyst in TS responsible for day‐to‐day delivery of TS engagements, performing detailed financial analysis (financial due diligence and forecast reviews) and preparing reports and presentations for senior management and boards.
Key responsibilities
* Assist with delivery of TS engagements
* Perform detailed financial analysis and prepare reports
* Prepare presentations for senior management and boards
* Interact directly with senior management (C‐suite) of clients
* Identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring
* Set career path with clear visibility around progression
* Assist with business development and pursuit activities
* Cultivate long‐term client relationships
* Mentor junior team members and resolve project issues prior to Partner review
* Develop and manage divisional strategic tasks
Essential qualifications
* 2 – 3 years of experience in a leading accounting or advisory firm or investment bank
* Strong report writing, research, modelling and financial analytical skills
* Ongoing CA and/or CFA qualification or similar
