About the Opportunity
As the Senior Facility Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all FM services, ensuring compliance, performance excellence and a strong client partnership. You'll lead a team of technical and trade professionals, manage subcontractor performance, and drive continuous improvement across planned and reactive maintenance programs.
You'll be the key operational contact for the site — trusted, proactive and solutions‐focused — ensuring the facility operates safely, efficiently and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading FM service delivery across the healthcare facility, ensuring full statutory and regulatory compliance
* Acting as the senior client interface, building trusted relationships and managing performance outcomes
* Overseeing performance, audits and governance requirements
* Managing budgets, forecasting, procurement and value‐engineering initiatives
* Providing leadership, coaching and development to FM teams
* Ensuring high‐quality planned and reactive maintenance outcomesOverseeing risk, WHS, compliance and critical infrastructure resilience
* Supporting asset lifecycle planning, capital works and sustainability initiatives
* Championing a client‐centric culture that enhances patient and staff experience
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior FM role
* Strong background in complex facilities – hospital or clinical environments highly regarded
* Experience managing building services, infrastructure and technology systems
* Proven leadership capability with the ability to mentor and uplift teams
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage risk, compliance and operational performance in a high‐stakes environment
* Technical trade or engineering qualifications (electrical/mechanical) highly regarded
