About the Role
We are looking for energetic, outgoing and customer‐focused Brand Ambassadors to represent an exciting premium pet food brand across major shopping centres in Sydney.
This is a hands‐on retail promotion and sales role where you'll engage with shoppers, introduce them to the brand, educate pet owners about the benefits of personalised nutrition for their dogs, and help generate sales and customer leads.

What You'll Be Doing
* Proactively engaging with customers and creating positive brand experiences
* Educating pet owners about the product and its benefits
* Demonstrating products and encouraging customer participation
* Converting customer conversations into sales and lead opportunities
* Assisting with kiosk set‐up, presentation and visual merchandising
* Maintaining stock levels and store presentation standards
* Completing daily reporting and timesheets accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in retail, promotions, customer service, sales, events, hospitality or brand ambassador roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident approaching and engaging with customers
* A positive, energetic and outgoing personality
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
* Reliable, professional and well‐presented
* Comfortable working towards sales and engagement targets
