Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering and growing our community of customers and partners. You will help us achieve our mission to empower gyms to keep members healthy for longer by supporting various community initiatives, both in-person and virtually, across Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
* Support all community initiatives, including events and campaigns, to engage with our target audience and drive business growth.
* Develop and maintain relationships with current clients and potential prospects to identify new business opportunities.
* Curate content from our community, telling our brand narrative and showcasing client successes.
* Shape and support our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Strengthen our brand presence in the market through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2-3 years of experience in health and fitness or a related industry.
* Strong event management skills, with the ability to plan and execute successful events.
* Proficiency in design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
* Content curation expertise and comfort on camera or speaking in front of a group.
* Social media proficiency, with the ability to execute our social media strategy.
* Strategic thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with project-management tools like Asana or Monday.
* High integrity and organizational responsibility.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
