Role Purpose
The Bridge Church is seeking a Children's Pastor to lead our children's ministries at our Kirribilli campus with the aim of seeing young people living for Jesus and loving like Jesus.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a suitably qualified Pastor to join our ministry team here at The Bridge Church as our campus director for Children's Ministry. This part‐time role will include responsibility for Children's ministry on Sundays and mid‐week at Kirribilli. We are open to discussing flexible hours and working arrangements depending on the candidate. A stipend will be in accordance with the diocesan remuneration guidelines, based on experience and qualifications. This role will report to the Children and Families Pastor.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership of Kids Church at Kirribilli
* Participation in mid‐week ministries including Playtime and Bridge Kids
* Member of the congregational team, to support in the leadership of the church and the pastoring of families and leaders
* Prayerfully and pastorally supporting children, families and leaders
* Supporting the Bridge Church's missional Children's ministries like SRE and Mega Mondays
Conviction, Qualifications, and Experience
Committed to Reformed Evangelical Christian values, demonstrating prayerfulness, grace, and God's transforming work. Passionate about Christ and His church, with a desire for gospel‐transformed lives. Servant‐hearted, committed to The Bridge Church's mission and direction. Teachable, able to work collaboratively and under authority within the ministry team and Senior Pastor. Theological diploma or working towards one. Pastoral experience leading children's ministry teams.
Skills and Capabilities
Proven ability to teach the Bible faithfully, clearly, and practically to children. Proven ability in pastoral care. Proven ability to lead and train groups and ministry teams. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt. Able to work independently and as a team member, with a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends). Passion for working with and empowering volunteers. Competent with basic computer software.

Closing date for submissions is 26th June 2026, however we reserve the right to close this role early if a suitable candidate is found.
