WHAT YOU WILL BE TASKED WITH DOING:
As a Site Manager, you will:
* Do programming and coordination of construction works
* Quality and provide a safe working place for the site
* Read and interpret construction plans for commercial construction or fit out projects or ground up builds
* Work with the program to meet deadlines
* Adhere to compliance and building codes
* Oversee and coordinate sub-contractors
* Work closely with the client, project manager and architect, etc.
ARE YOU A FIT:
In order to excel in this role, you will have existing experience as a Site Manager within Australia working on commercial construction projects. You will be passionate, focused on quality, focused on safety and achieving milestones of the project while managing strong relationships with the sub-contractors and maintaining high level communication to stakeholders. You will be autonomous, someone who can problem solve and someone who can think outside the square. A Trade background in Carpentry or a related area will be beneficial and an ability to switch between hands on and supervisory tasks will be highly regarded. Someone who has reasonable computer skills will be necessary for this role.
