About the Role

- Leading and inspiring a highly qualified team of educators to deliver quality early childhood education programs aligned with our centre’s philosophy and regulatory standards
- Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, compliance, budgets, and community engagement
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children, families, and staff
- Building strong, trusting relationships with families and the wider community to promote ongoing engagement and satisfaction
- Championing continuous improvement, professional development, and innovation within the centre
- Partnering closely with the approved provider and management team to uphold our values and strategic goals
