About Your Role
As a Senior Renal Pharmacist, you will deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services to renal dialysis patients across Redland Hospital and Redland Satellite Health Centre.
In This Role, You Will
* Deliver evidence-based clinical pharmacy services to renal patients
* Provide expert clinical advice and support to pharmacy and multidisciplinary teams
* Conduct medication reviews, assessments and discharge planning activities
* Participate in quality improvement, research and medication safety initiatives
* Contribute to the development and review of clinical practices and protocols
About You
You are an experienced and patient‐focused pharmacist with advanced clinical knowledge and a collaborative approach to healthcare delivery.
You Will Demonstrate
* Advanced clinical pharmacy knowledge and experience in hospital practice
* Strong clinical decision‐making and problem‐solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
* Experience managing complex patient workloads and discharge planning
