About the opportunity
As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be the voice and heart of our brand, engaging with customers across multiple channels from our Head Office in Warwick Farm.
Key Responsibilities
* Proven customer service experience with strong technical capability
* Positive, friendly approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Confidently handle inbound calls and online service appointment enquiries
* Accurately create and manage service appointments within the database
* Monitor and action all correspondence in the department mailbox
* Conduct outbound calls/SMS and liaise with service and sales teams to support customers
